Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation that guides you through brain waves associated with sleep while conscious. Coming to this place of deep rest has a myriad of benefits and is used to help ease symptoms of stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, habits, addiction, PTSD and trauma.
Cacao is a rich source of mood-elevating compounds like anandamide, serotonin and theobromine. Theobromine is a cousin of caffeine, but rather than affecting the nervous system and causing potential jitters, it works on the cardiovascular system and increases blood flow to the heart and the brain to help open the doors to our heart-centred emotions

EnquireIn my mid-twenties, I realised I had a life of lacklustre employment and unfulfillment ahead of me if I didn't make some real changes. Despite believing that I didn't have any discernible skills or hobbies, some deep knowing inside of me felt my energy needed to be directed elsewhere.
In 2017, I enrolled on a 10-day silent meditation course, despite never having meditated before, and finally started to listen the whispers of my soul. Two years later, after living in the rainforest, training in India and listening to my gut, I quit my job, left a bad relationship and started living in alignment with my version of success and happiness. I've been following this inner knowing ever since, and I've never looked back. Today, I want to help people through intuitive movement, breathwork, deep rest and Ayurveda to tap into the inner knowing that we all possess.
