I'm Rachel, a yoga teacher specialising in holistic practices for stress and anxiety. When we take time for proper rest, we can awaken to our most authentic nature and live a life with more peace and a lot more joy. I use science-backed and time-tested practices like yoga nidra (a meditation often described as a type of hypnosis), plant medicine, breathwork, yoga, and yoga therapy for holistic healing.

If you struggle to sleep, feel anxious, frazzled or burnt out, these ancient techniques can help develop a calm and stable mind and improve your ability to cope with life's challenges.

Cacao is a rich source of mood-elevating compounds like anandamide, serotonin and theobromine. Group Classes

Join me every week at Tewin Bury Farm in Hertfordshire or check my social media for London classes. The classes are open to all levels of ability. Expect energising movements, breathwork and a lovely, guided relaxation at the end of each class to leave you feeling revived, refreshed and restored. You can sign up to one of my memberships or pay as you go.

Workplace

I offer online and in-person integrative relaxation classes (yoga nidra) and yoga classes (or a blend of both) to help your team feel re-energised and reinspired for the working day. Each week we’ll get on our mats for a quick stretch after sitting at a desk all morning, then lay down on our mats for yoga nidra to leave your team feeling calm, reinspired, and less stressed.

About

In my mid-twenties, I realised I had a life of lacklustre employment and unfulfillment ahead of me if I didn't make some real changes. Despite believing that I didn't have any discernible skills or hobbies, some deep knowing inside of me felt my energy needed to be directed elsewhere. 

 

In 2017, I enrolled on a 10-day silent meditation course, despite never having meditated before, and finally started to listen the whispers of my soul. Two years later, after living in the rainforest, training in India and listening to my gut, I quit my job, left a bad relationship and started living in alignment with my version of success and happiness. I've been following this inner knowing ever since, and I've never looked back. Today, I want to help people through intuitive movement, breathwork, deep rest and Ayurveda to tap into the inner knowing that we all possess. 


I believe everyone can benefit from practising yoga – any age, body shape or level of fitness. If you'd like to find out more about my classes, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
